Can you manage and develop LEGO Education's Math portfolio targeted the elementary segment? Would you like to work in the intersection between business/concept development, communication and go-to-market strategies for a portfolio that aims at igniting mathematical problem solving the hands-on way? Lead a portfolio in LEGO Education Elementary - Igniting lifelong, enthusiastic and effective learners You will take on an absolute key position for a strategically important business area, as you will lead and have full P&L responsibility for a portfolio targeted the Elementary Math teachers. You will be based in Billund, travel 20-30 days per year to our core markets and be responsible for: - Managing, motivating and developing your associate marketing manager - Portfolio development and management, including ensuring that the right solutions are developed and based on relevant insights - Portfolio communication, including alignment with the global brand framework - Go-to-market strategies and implementation - Driving the digital agenda in your portfolio Enabling every student to succeed LEGO Education is responsible for developing and selling educational solutions tailored for the international educational market, with the purpose of providing curriculum relevant, engaging, hands-on and creative learning experiences. A solid marketing tool box paired with a project management approach To be successful, you have strong business and marketing acumen as well as commercial skills (in both a BtC and BtB context). We imagine that you: - Hold a Master in Marketing or equivalent combined with 5+ years of experience in working with marketing and integrated communication, ideally for a major FMCG brand or the publishing/education industry - Possess knowledge of - and experience in - all marketing disciplines and have digital competences and ditto mind-set, as the digital aspect of future classroom solutions is a top priority - Speak and write English at a high level. Preferably, you have knowledge of German and maybe even Asian languages as well, but this is not a must. Being a thinker and a doer, you know how to both develop and implement strategies - and you have delivered the results to prove it. You easily serve as the informal leader of teams outside your line organisation and motivate them to deliver across markets. And because of the complexity in implementing strategies across different markets, you are an excellent facilitator and a strong integrator who effortlessly navigate within a broad field of stakeholders.
