Would you like to be a key player handling both internal and external stakeholders? – Then you could be our new Technical Service Planner. Vestas Northern Europe A/S, Videbæk. Vestas Northern Europe (NEU) is the Sales Business Unit for Scandinavia, UK, Poland and the Baltic countries – responsible for sales, project management, installation and service. Our customers’ spans from high profiled corporations within the renewable energy sector to small and medium sized private investors. The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees. Responsibilities: As a member of our service department in NEU you will manage the forecasted work schedules to ensure efficient use of labour, instructions and tools. Given the unforeseeable nature of our work you will also make last minute changes and have an ongoing communication with our technicians on site. Supporting the technical fiber and blades teams Effectively use planning methodologies to maximize planning performance Manage the forecast planned work several weeks in advance to ensure proactive and cost efficient use of labour, material and asset Daily direct interface with Technicians, Inventory Coordinators, Technology and Customer Service Managers in site planning Responsible for site compliance to approved SAP processes Facilitator at the site level, instructing technicians, supplying technical- and work instructions Responsible for monitoring and maintaining service site data integrity measured by performance KPI's Serve as a SAP knowledge base Qualifications: Several years of experience within workload planning. Ideally gained in a Technical Services or Logistics related service environment and preferable knowledge about blade and fiber repairs on site Extensive experience with MS office. Especially Excel, macro, is required. Familiarity with databases/Access is a clear advantage Proven ability to analyse numerical data and identify trends Oral and written fluency in Danish and English SAP experience is required Competencies: Excellent planning and organizational skills A systematic approach with good analytical and problem solving skills An ability to remain calm under pressure, and to handle varying workloads Attention to detail Clear and concise oral and written communication skills What we offer: We are a team of skilled and committed colleagues who are all enthusiastic about wind energy.
