Drive roadmap alignment across the development platforms of Marketing, Solution Experiences and Digital Platform The purpose of this position is for you to drive roadmap alignment, resource management, change control, financial and risk management across the development platforms of Marketing, Solution Experiences and Digital Platform. You will contribute to the development of a strong integrated and agile collaboration between Solution Marketing, Solution Experiences and the Digital Platform as well as interfaces to Corporate IT and Digital Solutions, which will enable innovation and effectiveness in the execution of the development roadmaps for all areas. In continuation hereof your main responsibilities will be: Support the demand and capacity planning for LEGO Education within Marketing, Solution Marketing and Digital Platform to ensure optimized allocation of resources and cost Prepare planning meetings, document and communicate decisions, follow up and drive escalation points for effective decision making. Secure agile management by being deeply involved with the top three levels of agile portfolio planning and execution (strategic, portfolio and project planning). Create awareness and understanding of the agile methodology as it relates to digital development but also how it links to development of physical offerings. Being responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts across LEGO Education and securing process documentation, e.g. implementation of new IT/digital system elements of the Digital Platform. In this position, you will be challenged on your capability to work with different competences and nationalities but not being the specialist yourself except in project and portfolio leadership and value chain understanding. Inherently you have a high level of business understanding. To succeed in this job it is essential that you: Have 5+ years of experience working with digital and IT development, portfolio management and process design and optimization, which had leaded to your own toolbox within PMO. Have strong process understanding and experience working with process mapping and portfolio management where multiple roadmaps or platforms need to be aligned. Preferably you have experience from solution provider business. Preferably hold a Master degree related to business administration or other relevant educational background within business development, but your experience will attach great importance.
