LEGO® House - a house with a mission Our mission is to tell the amazing LEGO story through play and learning and in this way inspire to endless possibilities of the LEGO bricks. The goal is clear: you secure successful project execution for world-class and high-quality hands on, minds on experiences throughout 12,000 square metres including exhibition areas, a café, a public square and a LEGO store. You track progress of the LEGO® House programme As Project Manager in the LEGO® House Programme Management Office you track the status of the overall plans of the LEGO® House Programme, ensuring that the individual projects meet the objectives and directions set. To do so, you monitor, visualise and challenge the progress of the individual projects and provide assurance that they are delivered according to specifications, time and costs. To drive efficient programme management, you support the Project Leaders of the individual projects, ensuring that they deliver on targets within agreed frames. Driving the programme management processes, you will be responsible for: tracking, visualising and communicating the status, progress & risk profiles of the programme as well as of the individual projects ensuring alignment across the programme updating the overall time schedules Capture the cardinal point of complex contexts You have extensive project or programme management experience and are familiar with all related disciplines, principles and methods. You are able to see through the complexity, to capture the essence of many parallel projects and manage to escalate the progress effectively. In this way, you ensure coordination between projects, efficient programme alignment and thereby secure successful project execution and overall programme transparency. You are in very close dialogue with the project leaders to support them in their particular challenges. This puts heavy demands on your situational leadership skills, targeted mode of communication - as well as structure and stamina.
