Global Marketing, Communication & Corporate Relations Global Marketing, Communication & Corporate Relations (GMCR) is a commercial centre point of Vestas, holding responsibility for the global platforms within Marketing, Communication, Public Affairs, Branding, Customer Excellence, Competitor Intelligence and Product Marketing, and for supporting commercial strategy development and implementation. The position reports to the Vice President for Campaigns & Operations which is part of GMCR. You will lead a team of seven dedicated and talented employees. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include: design and execute global marketing campaigns and lead a high performance team identify effective marketing campaigns and opportunities and take the program from concept to execution, with a high focus on qualitative and quantitative KPIs deliver a wide variety of B2B marketing programs across specific market and segments report on campaign performance, measure and improve ROI to influence future plans and drive future campaign decisions project manage our global campaign calendar and ensure successful timing of individual campaigns in alignment with Vestas' global calendar manage campaign planning and development across all Vestas channels, including content, execution, measurement and communication with stakeholders of global campaigns work with relevant external agencies and suppliers to deliver campaign content and assets to time, quality and budget work closely with other teams (e.g. Product Marketing and Market Intelligence) on development of content for use within global campaigns Qualifications: senior profile with 10 years of marketing experience including B2B with international experience university level education, e.g. Master of Science/Arts experienced people manager with the ability to drive your team and results forward hands-on experience with working with cross-functional teams, with a proven track-record of delivering high quality campaigns and programs experienced in managing multicultural teams experienced in running a portfolio of marketing programs other experience should include: digital marketing, online lead generation, content marketing, sponsorships, social media, etc. exceptional English language skills for developing effective and crisp campaign messaging Competencies: strong analytical and quantitative skills relating to creating effective campaigns high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment where performance management is a central part of the culture exceptional program management skills, hands-on marketing experience, and strong direct people management capabilities cross-functional experience with product management, regional marketing, sales, Intel, creative resources, events, PR, communicatio
