Description Are you the strong product marketing professional with a background in healthcare that we are looking for? And do you wish to join a global product marketing team in a leading diagnostics company? Radiometer is worldwide leader in blood gas testing. To sustain this leading position, Radiometer is constantly developing new products and applications to meet customer needs and serve all markets in the best possible way. As our new Global Product Manager in the Blood Gas New Product Management team, you will take active part in defining and driving the development of the Radiometer Blood Gas product portfolio including analyzers and samplers. You will also play an important role in managing the life cycle of the Radiometer product line. In this role, you will be the main contact to R&D and subsidiaries when defining requirements during the product development phases through in-depth market and customer analysis. You will work cross-functionally and on a global scale, developing your knowledge of the highly regulated clinical diagnostics industry. This will provide a broad insight to the organization and as such serve as a step stone for future career opportunities into other areas of Radiometer and Danaher. The job To become successful, you must take active part in achieving our business goals. Your role will include: •Acting as the marketing representative in product development projects with key focus on: ?Conducting customer and market analysis ?Translating the customer and market analysis outcomes into product/solution requirements •Acting as marketing representative for the blood gas roadmap and product portfolio definition •Collaborating with other product management teams in Radiometer to find synergies and develop solutions selling strategies. •Collaborating with the Commercial Product Marketing Team to define the Go to Market Strategy for products to be released Qualifications "Constructive Diversity" is one of our core values, and we believe that human diversity creates a dynamic and creative environment. Other major languages would be a plus. •Knowledge of the regulatory environment would be a plus.
