As a Future Leader Graduate in EMA Operations you will be part of a team of passionate graduates with high ambitions and leadership aspirations. The Future Leader Program will take you through three different positions in EMA Operations over a period of 3-5 years. Candidates who show successful results and leadership competences throughout the program will be offered to take on roles as leader of people, project management or as user managers at the end of the program. You must be flexible and ready to work out of either Bagsvaerd, Kalundborg or Copenhagen. Some travel activities or short time stays (2-4 weeks) at Novozymes’ sites abroad may also be an option.
