Then maybe you are our new CVP cLEAN partner in Diabetes Finished Products, Manufacturing Development. About the department DFP Manufacturing Development Business Support is a newly established department with responsibility for cross department processes such as training, quality management system, finance, environmental health & safety and IT as well as cLEAN. The job You will be developing PS Production System in DFP Manufacturing Development and ensure process confirmation of progress. As part of this you will your tasks will be to develop and maintain competencies, processes and tools to support improving business results. You will also be responsible for driving projects that supports DFP Manufacturing Developments business goals from start to finish and ensure implementation. Furthermore you will be DFP Manufacturing Developments representative in DFP cLEAN group and through this share best practices and conduct training as required (e.g. within systematic problemsolving). Qualifications You bring experience as Project Manager backed by experience from working intensively with LEAN. You have a strong foundation combining LEAN theory and practical know how – and you are fully capable of driving continuous improvement projects from a-z. As part of the job is to train and coach employees and managers in LEAN behaviour, we also expect that you experience within this. Because we work in a GMP environment, you have in previous jobs demonstrated good quality understanding. You can safely navigate in an environment of change and are able to establish relations to and cooperate with colleagues at all levels. Your personal qualities define you as robust and a self-starter with a high level of energy. Moreover, you have strong communication skills.
