International Finance Graduate Program We seek highly motivated employees that dare to lead, challenge conventions, and have the potential to become a future finance leader in Novozymes. Novozymes’ International Finance Graduate Program gives you a unique possibility to extend your skills, enjoy a steep learning curve and develop a strong network within our global organization. Over a two-year period, we offer you experiences within 5-6 areas of Novozymes’ global finance organization including a variety of tasks and challenges. You will initially be located at our Headquarters in Bagsværd but you will also visit our finance organization in either China, the US or India. A key characteristic of the program is flexibility: We will base the program on your abilities and background, but in the two years with us the program may change based on your or the organization’s needs. In addition, we are flexible with respect to when you will start your program. Expected start date September 1, 2015. Qualifications You hold a Master’s degree in economics or business administration (i.e. auditing, management controlling or finance) (completed before start date) You are freshly graduated or have 1-2 years of work experience You are among the top 10% students of your class, have studied or lived abroad, and had relevant student jobs You are the type of person that always looks for opportunities to make a difference in everything you do You need to be a strong communicator and team player, have desire for a fast-paced learning curve, and thrive on working independently in new areas.
