In New product entry we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager, with the main responsibility for ensuring the development of diabetes products in large scale production. About the department New Product Entry is a part of Product Supply, Diabetes Finished Products. The department consists of 60 employees organised in 5 different teams located in Bagsværd. We work cross organisationally, and our main focus is to ensure smooth transfer, from development pilot scale into production scale, including up-scaling and process qualification. The job You will be a part of a focused and dedicated project management team handling project management activities, securing Product Supplies deliverables for development projects. You will lead the technology transfer team (T3), ensuring planning of the activities related to Process Justification (PJ) in large scale with focus on non-scalable parameters, and the actual Process Performance Qualification PPQ. As a project manager you will follow-up on deliverables, evaluate project risk, and communicate with key stakeholders. You will be collaborating with the entire development organisation, especially the CMC Supply organisation. Qualifications You hold a relevant scientific Master degree and have solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You work independently, take responsibility, and ensure project implementation according to plans. You have a strong personal drive, enabling you to persistently pursue your goals and achieve results.
