Join us and become our new Software Asset Manager in Software Asset Management, where we focus on optimising a portfolio of yearly software spend of approximately DKK 250m. You will have the main responsibility to manage the portfolio, including contact to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be working in Software Asset Management, a newly established department with reference to IT Finance. The department is part of our Group functions, which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In Group IT, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You will be based at our office in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Your key tasks will be to ?ensure that our software assets comply with our software contracts and internal policies ?ensure planning of software purchase and terminations, optimise processes for handling of licenses and daily management of software, including budget input, as well as handle strategic issues, such as analysis as part of divestment cases ?be the main interface on all issues relating to the software assets, both from external and internal stakeholders, including reporting and budget preparation ?be responsible for the portfolio of licenses and on-going optimisation. Moreover, you will support the preparation of budgets, ensure accurate reporting to all stakeholders and regularly liaise with the business units. Your qualifications and core competences include that you ?have a master's degree in business administration, economics, law or similar, combined with demonstrable and relevant experience and insight in the area of software and licences ?have an interest in understanding the software contracts and have a structured approach to your work ?have a strong track record of managing a wider portfolio of commercial contracts as well as of building and maintaining relationships in a relevant context, including direct engagement with senior decision makers ?are able to create results through teamwork and develop good relationships to your colleagues and business partners ?have extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Point, supplemented with good communication skills. In addition, you are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise the most important issues. You have a results-oriented approach to your work and are prepared to work intensely during busy periods. Finally, you will have a profound interest in both understanding the specifics within software contracts and the commercial decisions needed to secure a continuous optimisation of value creation. Relevant job experience from software asset management will be an advantage.
