Role & Responsibilities •15-20 hours a week •Assist the Head of HR, with everything from setting up internal processes for obtaining work and residency permits for foreign employees, to handling administrative HR-related work •Help as needed with recruitment, in terms of scheduling interviews, managing communications with candidates and supporting the recruiting function in the post-offer employment process Requirements Qualifications •Minimum of one year’s experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably in staffing or human resources, including administration of projects and scheduling •Superior time management, organization, prioritization and administrative skills, along with willingness to work flexible hours due to recruiting needs within the organization •Demonstrated effectiveness in a startup environment -- being proactive, creative and innovative •Excellent communication skills •Able to adapt to changing priorities •Applied discretion with confidential information •Proficiency in speaking and writing English Benefits Benefits •Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience •You’ll be a part of issuu -- an amazing place with room for parents, foodies, geeks, odd birds and the occasional normal person •Expect to get better at table tennis and crosstown runs •Walking distance from Copenhagen Grand Central station About issuu issuu connects the world’s publishers to an audience of active consumers, on a global scale.
