Your responsibilities as SAP HR consultant You will take part in identifying new opportunities for existing and new clients and strengthening our SAP HR and SuccessFactor competency further. Your focus will be on bringing in SuccessFactors business. You will be working in the fields of sales, consultancy, innovation and implementation with frequent customer contact.An outgoing nature is needed as you will have frequent meetings with our new and existing customers. Your responsibilities and assignments as a SAP HR consultant will be: •Taking an innovative lead role in building up the SuccessFactor competencies •Invest in driving the cloud technology •Consultancy and strengthening of SAP HR for large customers •Presales and technical sales You will join our SAP HR Team The HR Team is part of the SAP enterprise applications outsourcing team works internationally for large organizations. We are one of Denmark’s largest and most competent consultancies in the field of SAP where each and every employee takes personal and professional responsibility for the complex client solutions we work with. With more than 150 dedicated SAP colleagues in Denmark and 70 in the Czech Republic and China, we cover most aspects of SAP but possess unique competencies in the fields of BI, ABAP development, HR, Finance, Logistic and Authorisations. The vacant position is within the NNIT Solutions organisation which is responsible for advising our customers on business and technology, as well as designing and implementing IT solutions and applications. Your qualifications and experience You are an outgoing person looking for extraordinary challenges and the opportunity to work with SAP HR and SuccessFactors at its most complex and challenging solutions. You are a functional founded consultant in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors and have a desire to expand into building a SuccessFactors services. You are capable of advising customers in evolving Cloud and SAP environment. So, a thorough knowledge and experience in the SAP HR area is vital and furthermore the desire to work with cloud based solution. To succeed in the job you: •Have minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP HCM on premise solutions. It will be of great importance if you also have experience and an interest with SuccessFactors as this is one of our focus areas. •You can handle difficult projects with a consultancy mind-set. •As a consultant you have strong communication skills, and experience from working in in global integrated teams will be seen as a plus. •You are fluent in English, and preferably Danish.
