ClinOps, Insulin, GH & Devices in Global Development, is looking for a new colleague to take up a position as Management Assistant in Søborg. Global Development is responsible for new products based on peptides and proteins from early development phases to product introduction. We manage clinical drug development worldwide, ensuring that processes meet uniform global standards, regulations and business ethics. We work in global project teams with focus on delivering viable products that make a difference to patients. About the department ClinOps 1, Insulin, GH & Devices and ClinOps 4, Insulin, GH & Devices are two of four departments in ClinOps, Insulin, GH & Devices. Both departments are teams of experienced and enthusiastic International Trial Managers, Clinical Trial Administrators and Clinical Project Managers who are responsible for planning and conducting clinical trials within the diabetes area in close collaboration with Novo Nordisk affiliates all over the world. The job You will act as Management Assistant for two departments in coordination with department managers. Your role will include a wide range of administrative tasks, including the ongoing management of department documentation according to Novo Nordisk standards, planning of department meetings and seminars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Other responsibilities will include calendar management, handling of HR processes, recording meeting minutes, and preparing presentations as needed. Finally, you will also be responsible for financial tracking and budget management of department expenses. Qualifications You welcome new responsibilities and can proactively take ownership and execute tasks. You have a distinct sense of detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. You cooperate well with colleagues in and outside your own work area to meet business goals. You have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to collaborate across an organization. You adapt easily to a changing environment and shifting demands. You are able to handle confidential information, and last but not least you have a positive mind-set. You have a bachelor in business administration or equivalent and at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative position preferably within an international business environment. You are highly skilled with MS Office and SAP and are able to quickly master new IT systems and internal budgeting processes. You are proficient in both written and spoken English. You like to be part of a multi-cultural team and working in a fast-paced environment.
