Alfa Laval Copenhagen A/S is looking for a: Senior Process Engineer for Evaporation project. In Alfa Laval we experience an increased demand. We are therefore looking for a new motivated colleague, who is willing to join our team and contribute to our success in the market. You will join the Evaporation department working with Chemical evaporation systems. We see a growth potential and need the right people to capture the opportunities. You will work in a dynamic team together with 10 other highly skilled and committed colleagues. Key tasks: * Together with the sales group generate mass and energy balance, main equipment list, specification of equipment, P&ID?s & functional descriptions for appointed projects * In cooperation with the project manager and lead engineers organize and execute the process engineering activities for appointed projects * Participate in external meetings with customers to discuss/clarify process issues and engineering activities * Refine our technical solutions/process design to the benefit of our customers * Participate in commissioning & performance tests and assist in troubleshooting. Approximately 30-50 travelling days a year mostly on short trips Personal profile & qualifications: * You have a mechanical or Chemical engineer degree and have solid experience within process engineering and commissioning. Preferably within the Chemical or Oil and Gas industry * You have several years experience as a process engineer within the process industry. Knowledge of evaporation or similar processes is a must * You are able to write and speak in English at negotiation level * You are internationally oriented with good cross-cultural understanding * You are a strong team player, who involves others and shares knowledge * You are flexible, work systematically, structured and prioritise your assignments * You keep an overview in complex situations and consider solutions within broad perspectives.
