- Market Access, Pricing and Health Economics - Denmark - Søborg The Global Market Access team in Novo Nordisk is dedicated to securing commercially viable access to our medicines for the patients who need them. The demand for high quality, robust health economic analyses of clinical data has never been higher, and the burden of proof has never been greater. Increasingly, payers want to evaluate drugs in their own real world settings for formulary and clinical decisions. Due to these increased demands we are expanding the real-world evidence team in Global Market Access. About the department You will get the opportunity to join an expanding, international, high performing team in Søborg, Denmark responsible for generating real-world evidence for Novo Nordisk portfolio. The evidence we generate is published in peer reviewed publications, presented at scientific meetings, and communicated globally in support of market access to our portfolio of therapies. The position As senior global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) manager specialised in real-world evidence you will work closely with multiple stakeholders such as brand teams, medical affairs, R&D, regions and affiliates. The evidence generated to support market access, regionally and locally, will be adapted to payer needs and focused on demonstrating real-world economic and clinical benefits. You will partner with global and local stakeholders to facilitate the development and design of real-world evidence studies of large datasets and partnerships. You will drive the study design, analytical plans, analysis and interpretation of research findings. You are to present and communicate findings internally and externally. Qualifications You have a minimum of a Master degree in an appropriate field such as outcomes research, data science, PharmD with data analytics, epidemiology or statistics/biostatistics. Working experience with primary research and analysis of health outcomes data from relevant sources is a requirement. You need a deep understanding of the quantitative data analysis using health outcomes data preferably combined with clinical understanding. Experience with partnership and collaborations with payers or providers to jointly analyse and understand the real-world setting will be a benefit. You are fluent in both written and spoken English on a professional level, have strong collaborative mind-set, strong project management skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams.
