Then you might be the right person for the job as QA professional in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). About the department You will be part of a team of 8 dedicated colleagues in Hilleroed. Together, we are responsible for assuring the quality of Quality Control, manufacturing processes and laboratories for Novo Nordisk newest developed Medical Devices and make them ready for pilot production and low volume production for clinical trials and launch to the market. We also assist the transfer into high volume production that takes the finished product to markets worldwide. The job You will be the Quality Assurance responsible for our plastic components for Medical device produced at Novo Nordisk (DMD). On an operational level, you ensure that the components are produced in full alignment with the given specification and regulations. You review the requests for changes, e.g. of the production equipment/process, and review the cases of non-conformities. You also provide quality support to the process responsible persons and QA approve the validation of the processes. Supporting the ideas for optimisation you approve the necessary documentation accordingly. Monitoring trends across processes are also one of your main objectives and your curiosity and thoroughness helps the organisation to identify issues for improvement. The job is a temporal position with end date 2017-02-28. Qualifications You hold an academic degree, preferable as mechanical engineer, pharmacist or similar. Furthermore, you have a minimum of 3 years work experience from the medical device or pharmaceutical business industry and have knowledge within injection moulding and/or tools. You are outgoing, have a strong quality mind-set and experience within systematic problem-solving. Moreover, you have a high level of fluency in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are known for dedicating yourself to working proactively to solve the task at hand. Using your ability to think out of the box, you are still able to come up with solutions or suggestions that comply with quality requirements. You are a team player and a skilled communicator, and you thrive on unfolding your high level of energy and spirit in an international, dynamic environment.
