Look no furth Based in either London or Billund, this exciting opportunity will suit a candidate with exceptional experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative consumer research; preferably with knowledge of digital insights area. Your specific tasks include: You will have no direct people leadership responsibilities in this position. Yet, you will have extensive project- and stakeholder leadership responsibilities; including heading up floating teams who all work on leveraging specific insight areas. DIGITAL RESEARCH PROJECTS IN THE EARLY INNOVATION PHASE: -The Insight Manager will be responsible for conducting research and strategic consultancy for stakeholders in our product groups and front-end departments. This includes mastering both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, extensive experience in drawing on a wide variety of different sources, synthesize insights and data to solve the business problem at hand, and strong project- and stakeholder management skills. The digital insights manager will mainly be serving stakeholders in the early innovation phases. Therefore experience in conducting more open-ended, explorative research that provides a strategic insight foundation for our stakeholders is important. KIDS DIGITAL BEHAVIOR: The Insight Manager will have the main responsibility for our Kids Digital Surveys and Panels. Thru these programs we track digital media consumption and usage of electronic devices among children on a global scale. You will have the responsibility of triangulated the results from the surveys with other sources and send out a report twice a year to provide a status on how kids’ digital behavior is developing. DIGITAL TRENDS: - Effectively support building up a new trends and foresighting area with a specific focus on future digital and technology trends. The Insight Manager will become a member and key digital insight provider for a cross-functional task force briefed to leverage the trends and foresighting area. The successful candidate will become part of a well-established team, delivering a world-class service to the business, and with a highly collaborative mindset Do you have what it takes? -A strong profile in digital insights, a strong methodological understanding and mastery of different insight fields -Experience of building an insight foundation based on digital insights and trends -Experience of communicating insights to various stakeholder groups -Strong project- and stakeholder management skills; including problem diagnosis, strategic consultancy, and pro-active and agile relationship building -A track record in identifying opportunities for leveraging new insights -Experience of mapping digital trends and conducting research with kids -An open and adaptable mind-set and strong collaborative skills. International travel will be required, 60 - 80 days a year depending on whether you are located in Billund or London. Travel dates are flexible, based on agreed schedule.
