Learn more about our business areas here: http://powersolutions.danfoss.com/about-us/our-business/ Build our Quality Management System from ground up As our new Global Quality Systems Manager, your job will be to interpret and capture thoughts, directions and ideas from the business to write and implement the Quality Management System - and ultimately carry out continuous maintenance, improvement and document control. You also act as facilitator for new ideas. Moreover, your main responsibilities will be to: •work with the Divisional quality directors to drive, facilitate and support the implementation of the Danfoss TS processes •represent Power Solutions in Danfoss workgroups, QMS meetings and with certification bodies •provide leadership, support, coaching and training to all Power Solutions employees in the application and value of quality systems •implement the TS audit tools and processes (internal audits) as well as drive a PS wide audit process and nominate and manage local auditors •visit the manufacturing sites and centralized functions and complete personal audits of the systems to ensure compliance An absolute systems expert with a quality systems background •You have a Bachelor degree as a minimum as well as a background within quality systems combined with 5+ years of experience in the field in a similar role •You hold a TS 16949 Lead Auditor Certificate and have direct experience of TS implementation •You speak and write English fluently On a personal level, you possess good communication skills enabling you to carry out training and explain the system and our processes – also when challenged by stakeholders. You are able to be effective in a matrix environment.
