Join us to head up the marketing transition in our preschool franchises towards a more social and digital approach. This is a unique opportunity to set the future direction for how we elevate our relationship with parents to increase their participation and engagement with the LEGO Group. Take our digital and social marketing into the future As Digital Marketing Director, you manage our digital content marketing platform for the LEGO® DUPLO and LEGO® Juniors franchises. Overall the aim is to become a brand publisher by reaching parents on relevant platforms to fuel brand understanding and build brand preference. You ensure a scalable strategy, which is driven by the latest consumer insights and trends. And you collaborate with stakeholders across the newly established editorial team, our internal marketing agency and marketing leads from the preschool franchises. Our common goal is to reach moms with relevant messages and content to encourage their engagement, and to do so, you: Set direction and drive strategy for digital content marketing and anchor it across the organisation Orchestrate market roll-out on digital and social platforms Inspire and support the franchise communication strategy and franchise communication in general Identify, set up and potentially nurture partnerships with key digital and social strategic partners to boost our ability to target core segments Act as the anchor point in daily operations with the editorial team and franchises Inspire content sourcing to facilitate a strong editorial plan that links to the overall communication Inspire the builders of tomorrow In this position, you will be instrumental in empowering parents globally to nurture imagination and creativity in their preschool children. In doing so, you reach thousands and perhaps millions of parents and influencers, who you engage with and inspire through the editorial team. Simultaneously, you join a global team of social and digital enthusiasts, who collaborate to innovate and create this valuable engagement. To us, fun and play means everything. Digital marketing mastermind The main challenge here is to lead the organisation through the change journey, while navigating in a position and area where everything is new in an extremely fragmented and competitive media landscape. To succeed with this marketing transformation, you are highly collaborative, innovative and empathic, so you understand how to communicate to an organisation that is moving in a new direction. But you are also accustomed to working strategically with digital and social marketing. So, you have extensive digital marketing experience and: Ideally, you have worked with parent communication in a brand universe, which appeals to the preschool target group where digital has been the foundation Alternatively, you have worked with FMCG and gained an end-to-end marketing understanding with a spike in digital, enabling you to apply digital and social media strategy broadly throughout marketing You hold a degree in media, marketing or equivalent at a master or MBA level You have a strategic and functional understanding of the consumers you work with backed by solid experience developing and executing digital communication strategies towards parents You speak and write English effortlessly, as we communicate in English daily Bringing it to life "Here is an amazing opportunity to set your mark on an exciting future direction that we have just embarked on.
