Would you like to help a team of specialists develop new innovative processes and technologies for one of the leading toy brands in the world? Join the Concept Center & Factory The Concept Center & Factory is a playground for exploring and testing new materials, manufacturing technologies and methods and we produce products in small test series for Marketing. Here, you will join 20 dedicated specialists and work with departments and functional areas across the LEGO Group as well as with external partners such as suppliers, universities, technical institutes etc. As our new Process and Communication Coordinator, you will get an exciting opportunity to help shape your own position, develop your communication and graphic design skills and gain insight into engineering and marketing. All this, while you support the overall mission of the department and the individual projects. Support the creative process and take charge of communication You facilitate and support the creative processes in the department including idea generation, brainstorms, project portfolio meetings etc. This also involves supporting project leaders and specialists with project documents and knowledge sharing as well as updating SharePoint sites, facilitating workshops and presentations. As part of this, you are the responsible department owner of department layouts, SharePoint sites and presentation material. As such, you design and maintain communication materials for all needs in the department and you are responsible for our project stage-gate model including updating tools and continuous improvement initiatives. A central challenge will be to drive the creative processes towards Marketing and support our interaction with top management. Another key challenge will be to ensure that the technical language of the specialists is translated into easily understandable terms. Solid communication and graphic design skills You have a background in Industrial Design, Communications or similar You have excellent graphic design, SharePoint and MS Office skills You are fluent in English both written and spoken In a department of specialists, you make sure that we can communicate with the outside world. Therefore, you have outstanding communication skills and can translate technical texts to simple straightforward language. At the same time, you are proactive, show initiative and are eager to help drive the creative processes forward while you do not hesitate to challenge the organisation when appropriate.
