Would you like to help us manage the overall technical asset integrity across our Northern European portfolio? Join us and become one of our new integrity managers in the department Balance of Plant & OFTO. We are responsible for managing the continuous planning of asset maintenance as well as implementation of asset improvements for the balance of plant assets across our wind farms. Balance of Plant & OFTO is part of Wind Power, which is a large business unit in DONG Energy and has 1300 employees. We are the world leader in offshore wind power and have exceptional competences within all fields of offshore wind technology. Our project portfolio comprises several major offshore wind projects in Northern Europe, and we have an ambitious strategy for further international growth in the coming years. You may choose freely to be based either at our Danish offices in either Gentofte or Skærbæk near Fredericia or in our London offices in the United Kingdom on local terms and conditions. However, you should expect some travelling to our offshore wind farm sites in Northern Europe in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As one of our technical leads, you will be responsible for programming and planning our maintenance concepts which are based on PAS55 Asset Integrity Management, aiming at ISO certification in the years to come. Together with your colleagues in the department, you will coordinate and prepare maintenance programmes, covering the wide range of electrical and structural assets. You will also gain synergies through cross-portfolio optimisation of maintenance planning and execution. You will also be responsible for handling situations when unplanned operational events and failures occur, where the department generally is appointed with the technical leadership for identifying the rectification solutions. You will take a very central role under such circumstances, and this will require excellent communication skills. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: be responsible for technical asset risk management concerning maintenance programming drive functional requirements to be recognised and implemented throughout the entire value chain ensure compliance with mandatory commercial and statutory obligations. Your profile You will have a Bachelor of Science Degree or preferably a Master of Science Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. This will be supplemented with extensive knowledge of asset integrity maintenance, preferably in an offshore environment. Furthermore, you will have relevant experience in technical management of electrical and structural assets. It will be beneficial if you have experience from the wind power industry or the marine environment. You will have relevant experience and proficient skills in examining complex data and information and based on this evaluation manage the information impact and consequences on asset integrity. You will have excellent communication skills, and you will communicate well with colleagues at all organisational levels. It is essential that you have good English skills and speak and write English fluently. You will be a dynamic professional and be able to find both constructive and practical solutions to all kinds of operational and technical challenges. Additionally, you will have experience from working in multi-disciplinary teams. You will also be a proactive player who wishes to share your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues in order to contribute actively to the development and improvements within the field of offshore wind farms and asset integrity management.
