Are you a strong information management specialist with extensive experience with project management, and can you align business requirements and IT solutions in a large organisation? Join us as Project Business Lead in our department Information Management Systems and become one of our skilled specialists focusing on information management projects and initiatives. Information Management Systems is part of Group IT which is a large cross-organisational functional area in DONG Energy. Group IT is responsible for supporting the entire group to ensure that the group works in an efficient, professional, reliable and responsible manner. Information Management Systems focuses on supporting the Wind Power business unit. You may choose freely to be based at one of our Danish offices in either Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area or in Skærbæk near Fredericia. You should, however, expect some travelling to our sites in the United Kingdom and Northern Europe in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Project Business Lead, you will lead project business activities and be responsible for implementation, coordination and consistency of business management deliverables on the project. You develop, update, and implement resource planning process for projects in close coordination with the IT project manager. You will have many stakeholders throughout the organisation and will be part of aligning business expectations with IT deliverables. Furthermore, your primary tasks will include to: participate in information management initiatives throughout the Wind Power business unit actively seek continuous improvement in how we capture, process and present data be responsible for smaller ad hoc projects. Your profile You hold a relevant master's degree corresponding to the Danish degrees cand.scient., cand.polyt., cand.merc., cand.it. or similar. You have extensive knowledge of information management and a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, from a system as well as from a process perspective. As an experienced project manager, you will be able to engage in problem solving and dialogue with an IT developer as well as facilitate workshops with our users to gather information about the business' needs. Several of our solutions are based on the SharePoint platform and experience on super user level is an advantage. As most of our written material is prepared in English and we communicate extensive in English, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently. You have a high personal drive combined with both an analytical and responsible approach to your work.
