In the Building Services Segment in Bjerringbro, you will be joining the Hydro Boosters team. Hydro Boosters is one of Grundfos’s Core Legazy product lines, which have for more then 25 years been providing water to the world’s waterworks and buidings. You will work with a large international network of colleagues both within the organization, across our sales and service companies to our Custumers. This means that you can look forward to regular international travel activity, probably around 20 to 30 days per year and you need to have the skill set to communicate over skype as an alternative to travel’s

What is the job about?

As a global senior product specialist, you will be responsible for the overall functional features on our hydro boosters systems. You will be working closely with the Product Manager and other product specialists who supports the differenet componet solutions. You will be Reporting to the Systems program director.

You will contribute with product knowhow and specification setting to development projects to ensure an “outside-in” technical perspective. Specifically, you will also:

  • Support the sales departments and regions with technical product and application knowledge
  • Take on the role of technical product specialist, advising colleagues on technical product and application matters.
  • Conduct Acceptance tests, problem finding solutions, field visits and onsite system inspections
  • Carry out product training of your colleagues in the sales and service teams
  • Ensure that all product documentation is Value based, complete, and distributed to all relevant parties
  • Be the overall technical person on Hydro Boosters

You will enhance product knowledge by leading trainings and establishing international and regional commitment to the product knowledge sharing process. At the same time, you get to work hands-on with complex hydro booster systems,” Sven Amdisen says.

 

What do you need to apply?

  • You are an engineer or technician, eg. a electrical/controls engineer, a marine engineer or a mechatronics engineer.
  • You do have experience from a similar position, ideally working with electrical systems, control panels and pumps.
  • You have experience working in a highly international context.
  • You speak and write English fluently – Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement
