Handicaphjælpere – søges til Århus C Er du på udkik efter et udfordrende job, hvor din indsats og engagement gør en forskel. Du har måske tanker om en uddannelse indenfor sundhedssektoren, og har brug for målrettet og kompetancegivende erhvervserfaring. Måske har du simpelthen lyst til at prøve noget nyt og holde en pause fra den vej, du ellers er i gang med at gå. Mine hjælpere er løser en masse opgaver for mig. Jeg er 32 år, bruger respirator og er lam i det meste af kroppen på grund af en rygmarvsskade. Jeg læser religions videnskab på universitetet på 3. år og bor centralt i Århus C. Du vil komme til at indgå i et team på seks hjælpere, som til sammen dækker alle vagter. Du skal løse forskellige opgaver for mig, lige fra personlig pleje til rengøring og madlavning. Du skal også ledsage mig på universitetet. Så du skal have kørekort og helst være ikke ryger. Arbejdstiden er ca. 25--30 timer ugentlig i skiftende vagter; dag, aften og nat. Vagterne afvikles man-tors som dagvagt: (7.00 – 15.00) – aftenvagt: (15.00 – 22.30) – nattevagt: (22.30 - 7.00). Fre-lør-søn: dagvagt: (7.00 – 19.00) – nattevagt: (19.00 – 7.00). Nattevagterne er vågne. Du vil naturligvis få en grundig oplæring i jobbet, så det er ikke nødvendigt, at du har erfaring som handicaphjælper. Det vigtigste er, at du er stabil, ansvarsfuld, kan tage initiativ, er fysisk robust og har et positivt livssyn. Din højde skal minimum være 1.70 m eller der over.
