Do you have a combination of broad architecture and people management skills?
LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner – and that is why we need you as our new Head of Enterprise Architecture.
The journey will encompass increased digitalization, acquisitions and planned transformations which all require strong architectural involvement and direction-setting.
To be able to support the above in a professional manner and to work on LEO Pharma’s existing and future huge project portfolio, we are strengthening our Technology, Architecture and Innovation department (TAI) in Global IT. In this connection, we have great focus on data and on increasing our overall capabilities.
As Head of Enterprise Architecture you will
- Be responsible for managing and providing architectural direction to highly skilled and motivated lead Architects each focusing on different areas of the entire enterprise.
- Acts as an expert advisor, coach and mentor to the lead architects and management team on latest architecture principles and approach.
- In partnership with lead architects and business, develop strategic roadmap and respective business cases that execute on business strategies and highlight financial return on investment.
- Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company.

- 10+ years in an enterprise environment as an architecture lead
- Possesses mature understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment)
- Passion for technology, attention to detail and focus on quality are a must have
- Excellent ability to document and communicate effectively about complex technical areas
- Work experience must include proven success in senior leadership positions, reporting to executive leadership, and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the business of IT
- Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Your new team
Global IT, Enterprise Architecture department at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. We are responsible for all IT architecture across the global LEO organization. Our work environment is characterized by knowledge sharing, open dialogue and room for having a good time together.
The team is currently 8 highly skilled and motivated lead architects that are assigned to different key focus areas within the enterprise and ensures alignment with business and all other architects within Technology, Architecture and innovation as well as other IT areas within the global community.
