You will head a team of 4 controllers in Bjerringbro, responsible for providing vital financial insights for the Grundfos Group through the consolidation and reporting of Grundfos Group financials.
As Head of Group Financial Reporting and Consolidation you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the team efforts. You will take lead of certain internal controlling and development projects, which entails collaborating with stakeholders across the entire organisation and planning tasks for your team and colleagues.

Drive and improve our processes at the same time
You and your team will drive the reporting and consolidation of Group financials, whilst simultaneously taking lead of certain development projects to develop and improve our reporting processes.
Concretely, you and your team will:
- Coordinate and plan monthly and yearly financial reporting to Group Management
- Lead and participate in improvement projects, whilst ensuring that they follow Danish and international financial regulations
- Prepare the annual report of Grundfos Holding
- Support the maintenance and development of the Grundfos Accounting Manual
- Work on tasks related Group Audit coordination, Tax Accounting, Group Inventory Calculation, Chart of Accounts Governance etc
- Provide advice on financial reporting topics
"You will work closely with the FP&A department, Financial Shared Service Centre, the Internal Audit department and the audit committee. Doing so, you will experience very little distance between you and the CFO of the Grundfos Group. Moreover, you get the opportunity to voice your ideas and translate them into projects that you can take lead on," says Allan Haarup Petersen.

- Leadership experience
- 10+ years' experience as an auditor in a large audit firm
- A degree in finance, auditing or similar on bachelors' level or higher
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Experience with ERP and consolidations systems
- Experience in working with financial reporting and consolidation within a complex global firm.
It is important that you have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills. You have a constant focus on details and on using high integrity in your work combined with strong analytical skills and a mindset for critical thinking. And you are driven to dive into challenges and search for innovative solutions to improve processes.
