For our HR Business Consulting team we are looking for an experienced and performance-oriented HR Business Partner to support the business area Siemens Wind Power A/S in Vejle or Brande. The HR Business Consulting team is responsible for the execution and implementation of a variety of HR tasks, covering the entire HR lifecycle. As a HR Business Partner you will be part of a highly dedicated team of approx. 35 HR professionals allocated to business entities across Denmark. The team is working closely together with the Shared Services organization in Denmark and with HR specialists providing consulting services within the areas Legal, Compensation & Benefit and People & Talent Management. What are my responsibilities? Being responsible for supporting appointed business areas in HR-related matters, being key account responsible for defined HR services and ensuring high-quality deliveries. Being the HR partner for the management in the appointed business area as well as ”first point of contact” in HR-related matters for managers and shop stewards. Being a driver and facilitator for change management processes and acting as HR ambassador. Being a driver and facilitator for performance reviews, employee development, successor planning, development dialogues, workforce reductions and other HR-related development tasks. What do I need to qualify for this job? You have an educational background within organization, strategy or leadership, combined with relevant work experience from similar positions. You have a strong focus on the business as well as on the combination of business needs and high-quality HR deliverables. You have a very good understanding of the traditional key processes within the HR area, including legal issues. You are outgoing, proactive and have good presentation skills enabling you to communicate on all organizational levels. Creating and maintaining high-quality relations is a natural part of your personality. You are self-starting, strong-minded, independent, robust and possess strong decision-making skills. Furthermore, you have a structured and quality-oriented approach to your assignments. You are a dedicated team player with the ability to work and navigate in a dynamic and international environment with many interfaces. You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint. You are an excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both oral and written English. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know? Siemens HR performs tasks for all Siemens companies in Denmark and services approx. 7,500 employees. We counsel as well as develop and carry out all types of HR-related tasks such as recruitment, development of the organization and employees, and administration of wages and personnel. Our department has approx. 120 dedicated employees, and we have offices in the Danish cities Ballerup, Brande, Sønderborg, Vejle and Aalborg.
