For our Wind University department we are looking for a Learning Manager to support the Nacelles and Blades divisions of the business. The Wind University department develops, administers and coordinates various training programs for our employees globally. As Learning Manager, your main interface will be with trainers and managers from the production facilities and Wind University. Some travel to Aalborg can be expected. What are my responsibilities? · Developing the training programs to ensure they are continuously updated and improved to reflect the ever changing needs of the business · Developing and managing internal trainers from the Blades and Nacelle factories to ensure that competent and motivated trainers are always available · Reviewing and evaluating the training material and the training to make sure it is of the highest quality · Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that the training programs meet the expectations of the business with regards to content, complexity, duration and cost · Aligning and standardizing the training programs in order to ensure equal quality and to avoid resource waste What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a relevant education background combined with several years of professional experience · Experience in working with people from different backgrounds in an international environment · Experience in driving internal projects and possess thorough knowledge of running and developing training programs · Knowledge of how to develop and structure training, and the ability to pass that knowledge on to internal trainers · As a person you focus on quality and have a holistic approach to your tasks · You take initiative and are able to work both independently and in teams · Strong communication skills at all levels and fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish · Strong IT skills, namely Microsoft Office · Experience in working with learning management systems is an advantage for this position In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
