Job Description

Danfoss Drives Segment (DDS) in Graasten, Denmark is looking for a new HR Business Partner. Our location in Graasten in the south of Jutland is the Drives headquarters with both offices and production areas, and this role will be the touchpoint for Denmark. “In Danfoss Drives we are passionate about Drives, but also about developing people and winning business”. As our new HRBP, you will be supporting our leaders and division in terms of work force planning and people development, working with our entire platform ensuring that we are ready to meet the future value chain and releasing new products. You will also be overall responsible for all HR processes, such as people review, talent management, projects and initiatives related to quality, environmental health and safety (QEHS), employer branding/recruitment, work-life-balance projects and other key initiatives across functions. We have exiting times ahead of us that will require strong HR professionals.

Your key tasks will be to 

• Develop, coach and support senior leadership teams
• Work with organizational capability and talent management
• Be responsible for employee engagement activities such as facilitate and run projects and initiatives to foster an environment at the site
• Support roll-in of One ERP in the factory
• Drive and facilitate our annual HR processes locally
• Participate in cross-organizational project work and continuous improvement of all key processes

The job will mainly be focused on the Danish part of the Drives organization, but will also involve supporting global teams, so the job will entail some travelling, around 30 days of travelling a year. The role does not involve direct leadership.

You will bring a

• Relevant university degree with a focus on human resources or equivalent with substantial HRBP experience, preferably in a Danish context.
• Proactive, out-of-the box thinking with the will to challenge and question the status-quo.
• Good understanding of organizational changes and experience in leading transformations, organizational development and new team formations.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually and in groups.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Business experience and/or business mindset.

You will be part of a great team of HR professionals some of which are located in the Graasten office and some located in Finland, US, China, Flensburg and Hasselager.
