Do you master HR all the way from the strategic level to basic, practical recruitment work? And are you able to market and represent Danfoss, both towards future employees at all levels and business partners in all categories? Then you might be the person we are looking for to fill the position as Head of Attract & Select. Here, you will become the manager and professional discussion partner of seven committed employees as well as the Vendor Manager of our Danish recruitment supplier. Ensuring the best employees for development and success in Danfoss As Head of Attract & Select, you will form part of the management team of HR Operations Denmark, and you will be responsible for areas of great influence for Danfoss now and in the future. Areas of responsibility include: •Attraction of new employees at all levels for the Danish units •Recruitment of production staff, white-collar workers, trainees, apprentices, students and postgraduates in Denmark •Vendor Management for the recruitment area – ensuring fulfilment of KPIs, such as time to fill, hiring manager satisfaction etc. •People management of seven employees •Employer Branding activities •Development of the Danish postgraduate programme •CSR activities, e.g. company internship programmes, flexijobs, jet-net, high five •Relocation of foreign employees to Denmark •General development of Attract & Select You will be representing Danfoss in the region with particular focus on Sønderborg in relation to initiatives concerning the attraction of Danish and foreign employees: Work-life-stay, Growth Council of Sønderborg, asylum centre etc. Moreover, you will, in cooperation with Global Recruitment, contribute to the development of concepts for global recruitment. From HR development to practical hands-on implementation You hold an MSc in Economics & Business Administration or the like, have experience with people management and broad hands-on experience within HR, from a similar position or with an HR Partner background. You have solid experience with recruitment consulting and are preferably certified in one or more testing tools. In addition, you have: •Experience from an international corporation and a global mind-set •Good communication skills and negotiation experience •Management experience and enjoy the role as professional sounding board and troubleshooter, both for your own employees and for internal and external business partners •Business understanding and ability to utilise resources optimally •An analytical and structured approach to your Work It is crucial that you have clout – both within the organisation and in relation to business partners and external relations. Your level of ambition is high, both when it comes to yourself and to the organisation, and you leave your contacts with the impression of a high service level and a team-oriented mind-set. Last but not least, you are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
