WE OFFER The job will focus on maintaining the current accreditations held in the four centers as well as adding new ones for future growth as well as keeping a strong focus on the quality of the products being delivered. For the right person there will be considerable potential in this exciting and challenging job in an international environment. It is a demanding role and where you will be able to put a large foot print on the four centers within the overall Maersk Training HSEQ environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Responsible for all HSEQ related approvals as well as internal and external audits •Ongoing verification of assessments •Ensure all activities are conducted under maximum consideration to employees and the delegates’ Health and safety. •Responsible for investigation, reporting and accident/incident handling in Synergi. •Overall coordination of all HSEQ and Crisis Management related activities. •Ensure all activities are conducted under maximum consideration to the environment. •Ensuring data discipline on the common intranet drives according to guidelines. •Assist the senior management with HSEQ related projects as required. •Cooperation with Group HSEQ •Compliance assurance with corporate standards (Commit) •Optimizing business processes (lean) •Ad hoc tasks as required. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR •HSEQ background preferably from either the Wind, - Oil&Gas – or Maritime industry •Custom to working in direct support of Senior Management •Self-driven with a high degree of structure •Fluent in English, both written and verbal •You will be based out of either Esbjerg or Svendborg.
