Right now we are looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to strengthen our work in the Compliance and Audit area in Information Security. CFO, Global IT, Information Security & Risk Management Global IT is undergoing a strategic transformation. The transformation follows a Global IT vision including: Customer demand for information-based services increasing in scope & complexity. Vestas’ business processes and offerings becoming critically dependent on more agile and secure IT solutions. A new organisational structure reflects the need for new capabilities, operating models and roles, and the overall goal is to enhance engagement and integration with the global Vestas organisation and respective business areas. The person will join us in an exciting time of rapid growth, challenges and changes. Responsibilities The Information Security Specialist will be responsible for conducting and facilitating audit and compliance activities for the IT domain in cooperation with Vestas Global Functions, internal and external vendors, and relevant external stakeholders. As well as representing Global IT in Vestas’ organs and internal and external vendors' security forums related to non-compliance incidents. The key responsibilities include: Vestas Security Controls are observed at all sourcing partners, on a continuous basis. Existing Control framework is enhanced and adjusted, in order to ensure the right level of comfort for Vestas Global IT and main sourcing partners' maturity level is increased in regards to Control environment A yearly activity cycle is planned and executed Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, auditing, management information systems. 5-8 years of experience with operational auditing, risk management and compliance at Manager or Specialist level Thorough knowledge of IT Security practices and standards Work experience with Business Continuity Management and Business Continuity Planning Knowledge on risk assessment and security related questions in the business application area is an advantage Competencies Professional skills: Certifications in the domain of Information Security and/or auditing (ESL, CISSP, CISA, CISM, …) Familiarity with COBIT, ISO and ITIL frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge on project management methods and practices is an advantage Knowledge on ITIL processes is an advantage Personal skills: Pro-active team player with strong stakeholder management skills Persistent and analytical mindset with strong controllership focus and attention to all details Flexible of nature and able to prioritize workloads Able to understand complex business processes and identify the full range of risks related to compliance-, organization-, and technology processes. Additional information Primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark, but you can expect global travel activity of approximately 30 days yearly. WIND.
