For our department Service SCM Business Improvement we are looking for a student worker/assistant. The department works with the standardization of performance ratings of global supply chain processes. This is to ensure knowledge of the quality and capacity of various processes. What are my responsibilities? · Updating performance ratings on a weekly basis, incl. extracting data from various sources, linking and calculating data and preparing data for presentation to SCM managers · Preparing and distributing a management report in PowerPoint within the Service organization after validating the data in cooperation with SCM team leads · Supporting the ongoing development of performance ratings in SCM if time permits What do I need to qualify for this job? · You are enrolled in a financial education e.g. MSc in logistics and supply chain management or in an education as IT programmer with competencies within the field of handling large-scale data quantities, databases etc. · You thrive with routine tasks as long as they are also challenging and with a high degree of responsibility · You are an Excel and Power Point super user and preferably you have experience with VBA programming · You have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your tasks · You have excellent English skills, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
