Innovation Specialist – temporary, R&D Project Support, Bagsværd We are part of Commercial Support, with the overall responsibility to support our organization with capabilities in terms of processes and tools for effective New Product Development (NPD) including sales/marketing and we are looking for an Innovation Specialist. As maternity cover (12 months), you will carry the important task to continue the development of early stage processes and tools for efficient New Product innovation within a diverse set of industries. Furthermore, you will support the implementation process across Novozymes’ Divisions and Research & Technology area. You will be part of a highly enthusiastic team with many years of experience within NPD including idea capture and maturation and R&D resource allocation. In this position you need to: - Hold a Master degree in Biotechnology, Biotechnology/Business combination or alike - Have 3-5 years of experience with early stage idea capture, idea generation and maturation processes for New Product Development process development - Be experienced with team work efficiency and related tools - Have experience with workshop facilitation and training Are you the next Zymer in our team?
