Integration Specialist, Supply Operations, Bagsværd As a Customer Integration Specialist you will lead and implement IT solutions of high quality, customer integration projects with strategic customers, e.g. VMI, VMOI, electronic ordering, and invoicing processes. You will cover all tasks during implementations including technical and process related aspects, and over time take part in scoping and negotiation of new setups. After implementation you will support and maintain existing solutions. Key interfaces are a large list of internal and external stakeholders, including the Supply Chain Services team, strategic customers, Account Managers, IT, Customer Service representatives, super users etc. The right person for this job has the right attitude and willingness to learn and understand the commercial as well as technical aspects of system integration with customers. You must be willing to work on many levels as well as handling many different stakeholders in a constantly changing environment, which includes direct dialogue with customers. You will contribute with continuous refinements of solutions and over time broaden the selection of offerings to ensure it fits a geographical and industry wise diverse customer base. In this position you need to have: A Bachelor of Science and 4+ years of work experience, preferably with complex projects of short duration High interest in and preferably knowledge of various, systems (SAP APO VMI, SAP SD, BW, Excel etc.) Knowledge of logistical processes including VMI and order processing Efficient stakeholder management (internal/external stakeholders) and excellent communication and presentation skills You are analytical, detail oriented with a structured approach, and must be good at following up on tasks A positive attitude, persistency and the capability of working under pressure.
