For our Wind University department we are looking for an intern to work as an e-learning Developer. The Wind University department develops, administers and coordinates various training programs for our employees globally. As an e-learning Developer your main interface will be with subject matter experts from all over the business. What are my responsibilities? · Providing support to the business in the development of storyboards for e-learning · Creating engaging and effective computer-based training modules · Developing training material in our instructional development tool (Articulate Storyline) and ensuring proper revisions, updates, and consistent storage of material · Collaborating with the project teams/managers and subject matter experts to understand the content and the learning objectives · Creating visual representations of concepts and processes in visual tools (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator) and creating audio files using text-to-speech software What do I need to qualify for this job? · Advanced level in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator · Previous experience in instructional development tools (Articulate Storline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.) is an advantage · As a person you are creative, proactive, have great communication skills and work in a very organized way · You are fluent in English both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
