For our EMEA Onshore headquarter in Ikast, Denmark, we are looking for an Internal Project Manager, Business Improvement at the earliest opportunity. What are my responsibilities? • Analyzing business performance, interfaces and processes within EMEA ON to identify improvement needs and improvement potential • Leading and driving improvement projects along all phases from idea generation through implementation. • Leading cross-functional project teams • Coordinating, monitoring and controlling implementation of project results (quantitative and qualitative results) and process improvements • Documentation and communication of project status and progress to management • Ensuring knowledge transfer and experience sharing between functions and locations What do I need to qualify for this job? • University degree in e.g. engineering, technology management, business administration or similar studies. • Several years of experience in the area of project management • Advanced experience with process improvement and change management • Intercultural experience / working experience in international teams • Analytical skills, result and quality orientation and the ability to focus • Communication skills • Fluent in English. German and other additional language skills would be a plus • Wide knowledge in MS office In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
