About the department You get the opportunity to join a dynamic department with a total of 84 employees, divided into 4 teams, all working with either inspection of products or storage and handling of goods. Our department is a part of a factory in Bagsværd, where we formulate, fill and inspect quality products. In our department we are open and honest and appreciate a colleague who takes responsibility and have a positive approach to new challenges. The job You will become part of the management team, as you will be responsible for different projects related to cLEAN®. We have an ambition to further develop our cLEAN® maturity level and you will become instrumental in achieving this goal by optimizing processes primarily related to the inspection of product. In order to achieve the goal, you will work closely together with both the management team as well as the persons running the production lines. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about cLEAN® and optimization of processes. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in engineering and possess general knowledge of cLEAN® and key methodologies (for instance value stream mapping or systematic problem solving) are preferred. We expect candidates to be service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage a large volume of projects (with supervision); sound personal judgment; and excellent interpersonal skills are required. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. ou thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies. Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.
