Siemens Global Services IT is responsible for operating and improving the IT landscape for Siemens Wind Power. For the IT department in Brande we are looking for an additional IT Account Manager to support this. The IT Account Manager acts as the link between the IT organization and the internal business, in this case the Wind Power Service organization. As an account manager you will work in close collaboration with both the business stakeholders as well as the IT organization. What are my responsibilities? · As part of the ACM team acting as the central point of contact regarding customer requests and coordination of deliveries from IT to the customers in close collaboration with demand management and other relevant stakeholders · Validation of business requirements and business cases in collaboration with the business · Work on proposals / cost estimates together with IT stakeholders and present these to the business · Proactively supporting the implementation of the IT strategy · Guiding and consulting business in IT services and solutions · Participation in IT budget planning , strategy definitions and roadmap planning · Support in strategic initiatives towards customers and IT delivery units as well as general support on ongoing activities. · Optimizing transparency towards customers and internal IT stakeholders on ongoing activities What do I need to qualify for this job? · +10 years of ERP consulting/IT project management experiences or alternatively a business degree accompanied by relevant ERP experiences from an international working environment · You have an academic background within Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar education. · Service business and Service process knowledge will be an advantage · You are customer-focused and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills on all levels in an organization. · You master the English language both orally and in writing as this is the corporate language of the company. · As a person you are outgoing and self-driven, you take responsibility for your work and you possess strong analytical, coordination and collaboration skills · Furthermore you are structured and possess the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural, global organization.
