Junior IT Solutions Consultant for Corporate IT Marketing

Would you like to gain solid IT development experience in a business area in rapid development while working in the intersection between business and IT? Then join the CIT Marketing Solutions team and work with experienced colleagues in Denmark and abroad. Communicate across IT and business As our new Junior IT Consultant, you work with development projects and operational support within SAP ECC and SAP CRM applications. You will be part of a team with 8 colleagues in Billund, 6 in India and cooperate with a parallel team in the US. We support the business functions throughout the LEGO Group and assist in the development of SAP applications used globally in sales and marketing functions. You participate in the identification and resolution of gaps between SAP and business processes, and your tasks will be comprised of: Project work (45 %): building architecture through gathering business requirements, specifying functional design, mapping data and serving as the connecting link between IT and Business Business & CIT Support (30 %): analysing user/operational use and formulating problem resolutions; monitoring, maintaining and advising on Global Business Structures and Processes Change Requests & Incidents (15 %): completing change requests by designing and analysing new business processes; participating in prototyping, creation of functional design specifications and function mapping Training (10 %): training and providing training material on applications or end user tools Learn from a creative team of experts At the LEGO Group, you join a supportive and collaborative culture, where you get the chance to develop deep expertise and a thorough understanding of our international business. As the job covers the global process of sales and supply chain management, this position will take you travelling about 10-15 days a year. A flair for business, IT experience and great communication skills In this position, you develop a solid understanding of LEGO Processes and business needs from an IT perspective. This should, along with your strong interpersonal skills, enable you to translate business language to IT and vice versa as well as to network in a broad stakeholder gallery. Moreover, you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the Retail and Consumer Business Areas and within CIT.
