For our Blade Plant in Aalborg we are looking for an experienced LEAN Project Manager with a strategic mindset to support our production with LEAN and cost out projects thus improving product quality, reducing lead time and improving flow. What are my responsibilities? · Being responsible for LEAN projects across the plant · Driving and coordinating cost out projects · Facilitating kaizens and workshops · Coaching and training employees and managers in LEAN methodologies · Ensuring knowledge sharing and use of best practice across the plant · Supporting the development and implementation of the lean roadmap What do I need to qualify for this job? · You hold a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Construction or Logistics Engineering and have profound knowledge of LEAN methodologies · You have at least 5+ years of practical experience in project management, LEAN management and the implementation of changes within the field of manufacturing, logistics or construction. · Experience from the wind business will be seen as an advantage · As a person you have an analytical and structured mindset as well as a result and quality oriented approach to your work · Furthermore, you are a dedicated team player with strong problem solving and leadership skills · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing and you are an experienced user of MS Office applications and preferably of SAP and Primavera/MS Project In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
