Do you have the expertise to take on an exciting and challenging position within Licensing & Extended Line? Here, you will develop your skills and talent as you adapt to changing tasks in a dynamic LEGO® department. Get products to customers You will be based in Billund and join the Logistics team, who handles various logistic tasks, continuously focusing on improving ways of working, ensuring sustainable and scalable logistic processes while delivering what is promised. Your main responsibility is to ensure that orders are delivered in right quantities and in due time. You specific tasks include: - Order handling (placing sales- and stock transport orders) - Order confirmation - Handling shipping documents - Warehouse management - Reporting (on finished goods and loose parts) - Ad hoc tasks Join a vibrant work environment Our mission in Licensing & Extended Line is to enrich the LEGO experience and build brand loyalty through world-class licensing and extended line programmes. As the logistics department is often the last stop in the value chain, customers are quite dependent on our ability to handle any obstacles that might occur. You will find that this position requires you to be able to understand and grasp a rather complex landscape of suppliers and products. Thus, maintaining a strong overview and creating structure in a highly dynamic world is a must. Logistics talent with drive As a person, you are analytical and structured and able to handle several tasks simultaneously You are adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic and complex environment You are a team player with a good sense of humour You probably hold a degree in supply chain management or similar, perhaps combined with some experience working with logistics You could also be a recent graduate, as your mind-set, change-readiness and drive are the most important factors to succeed in this position You speak and write English fluently, and you are able to communicate complex matters in a clear and concise manner Bringing it to life "In this position, you will experience a good combination of daily operation and ad hoc tasks, as the department handles a wide range of very different products," says Karin Dahl Wyke, Director, Licensing & Extended Line Operations.
