Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...be responsible for leadership and strategy, support and direction of a team of Team Leaders in Construction Resource Management. It will be your responsibility to motivate your employees and develop both direct reports and the overall team, incl. hiring, training and developing Team Leaders. On construction projects, you will be responsible for external resource allocation and planning.

You will also be responsible for:

• Development of site administration team and site administration set-up
• Ensure trained/experienced resources from the MHI Vestas construction pipe-line
• Driving the overall direction/agenda from Operations Support Management and Construction Management
• Participate in and drive various projects: improvement cases, cost-out projects, new market entrance strategies, etc.
• Ensure close cooperation between Team Leaders and project teams/site management to ensure fulfilment of project demands
• Support the Director of Operations Site Resources & Operations Support with management-related tasks and driving the construction management agenda

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

You have experience with distance management and thrive in a role that requires you to work cross-functionally. It is very important that you can develop, motivate, lead and direct a team and can work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
