The main purpose of the job is to lead and manage people, solutions and deliverables within the department (IS Financial Services Solutions).
The IS Financial Services Solutions department designs, develops and deploys solutions for the entire Grundfos organization within the transactional finance processes (accounting, treasury, reporting, compliance, assets & investments, etc.). The solutions are built on SAP FI-CO as their strategic platform for all transactional finance processes. Furthermore, the department is responsible for several national solutions for local compliance.
The job offers great opportunities to influence the future solutions that will drive finance processes globally.
Key Responsibilities
•Leading employees, ensuring competences, and driving organizational performance
•Enabling and supporting relevant business processes
•Delivering solutions and services according to commitments
•Take active part in fulfilling the strategic plans for IT organization and own area
•Being responsible for people, solutions, budgets, assets etc. within own department
Decision competences and authorizations
•Exercise leadership and management to ensure that each member of the team:
- meets expected deliverables
- maintains high accountability and displays collaborative behavior
- utilizes their competences and grows their talent
•Contribute to the continued development of strategic plans and architectural roadmap for IS Finance Solutions area in cooperation with Director of the area
•Ensure realization of agreed delivery area plan within own department
•Optimize utilization of budgets, resources and competences within own department
Key Performance Indicators
•Manage the resources in own department according to relevant guidelines, procedures etc.
•Deliver agreed solutions, projects, changes, support etc.
•Foster and grow a team attitude that builds on:

•Maintain close dialogue with relevant stakeholders in IS, in Grundfos, or outside

Required qualifications
•3+ documented years of experience in SAP FI consultancy (preferably in multiple areas)
•2+ documented years of management of IT consultants (preferably within SAP FI-CO)

•Strong leadership skills across diverse teams incl. good cross-cultural understanding
•Dynamic and self-motivating
•Good empathy and strong interpersonal skills
•Excellent communication skills
•Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
•Experienced in planning and executing across multiple simultaneous activities
