Do you want to bring insights into action at tactical and strategic level? This is an opportunity to use your strong analytical and quantitative research skills in Global Insights, the global market research function of the LEGO® Group. You transform data into recommendations You support, drive and develop the business effectiveness agenda, ensuring a constant focus on learning and improvement across the LEGO® Group. You work primarily with our after sales tracking tools, and in particular, you: Work as a consultant by preparing high quality reports and communicate clearly insights and recommendations Conduct advanced statistical analyses on an ad hoc basis for LEGO Stakeholders Proactively seek novel ways of using existing data for new business insights and models Accumulate and condensate single source as well as cross source insights resulting in high stakeholder actionability and value Communication is key The LEGO® Group is a family-owned international company that brings creativity, collaboration and quality to everything we do, from product design to analyses. Strong analyst with excellent communication skills It is essential that you are able to see new opportunities in high volume data and capable of publishing your findings in a clear and understandable manner. Also, we imagine that you: Have 1-4 years of experience from a market research institute as consultant - either with customer contact or as a statistician Have a relevant economic, statistical or business education at a MBA level combined with deep knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodologies and strong quantitative analytical skills Are a super user of the Office suite as well as SPSS Understand the need to meet your colleagues at their level when presenting or publishing your findings, which entails strong visual communication skills, as well as fluency in English Are able to create findings from raw data and insights and translate that into clear recommendations Love working with numbers, while proactively starting up new projects and collaborating in a team Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO® Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
