Would you like to take on an independent and key role where you apply your strong SAP MM skills to help develop Grundfos´ global production and supply companies? You will join Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) which is a department focusing on supporting Grundfos´ global production and supply companies. Here, you will get 12 new colleagues (6 in Denmark and 6 abroad) and together you support the business by applying, developing and advising on SAP solutions. You will be based in Bjerringbro but the international aspect of this position can mean up to 30 annual travel days. You report to Delivery Area Manager, Flemming W. The job: As Application Consultant, you live out our core value of being relentlessly ambitious as you continuously seek to help develop and improve our systems. This entails participating in various projects, collaborating with process consultants, project managers and other business areas to develop and implement global solutions. As such, you serve as a vital link between the business and IT and you have excellent understanding of both areas. “The challenge in this position will be to convert the complex needs of the business into solid SAP solutions. At the same time, you will be interacting and taking input from many stakeholders and so it is important that you are able to navigate between different interests,” Flemming explains. Qualifications: You have strong SAP MM knowledge combined with solid business, procurement and logistic understanding. Maybe you are an engineer with at least 5 years of experience from an international production or distribution company or consultancy. Your English is at a high level both written and spoken. As a person, you are a structured team player who understands the importance of establishing good working relations with business stakeholders. Thus, you drive projects forward, sharing best practices across the organisation. However, you can also adapt to individual needs as well as streamline processes and apply change management principles. “We are looking for an IT professional with excellent business understanding. As such, you are self-motivating and proactively pursue improvement opportunities, constantly looking for ways to improve our processes,” Flemming says.
