Then you might just be the person we are looking for to fill the position of Personal Assistant for our Danfoss Procurement team and the Senior VP. Internal communication and support at management level You will be part of a team of dynamic colleagues, where you perform duties of an administrative nature including setting up appointments, receiving telephone calls, handling e-mails and taking minutes. You will work with internal communication and you are responsible for the Procurement intranet. You will arrange and participate in the Danfoss Procurement Management Team meetings and support the rest of the Procurement organisation. You will help drive procurement projects and support the team in tracking that deadlines are met and actions are taken. This is a position with many contacts at management level throughout the entire Danfoss organisation. Enthusiastic and gifted organiser You have several years’ experience from a similar position. Your educational level equals bilingual correspondent or a relevant master’s degree (e.g. communication) and you are proficient in written and spoken English. You are able to handle a variety of tasks without losing perspective, attention to detail or your catching sense of humour. In addition, you have strong IT skills, are a great communicator and thrive in an independent role where processes and details are keywords. Above all, you are service-minded and a gifted organiser.
