Are you highly skilled in test, validation and documentation of production equipment? Are you motivated by communicating with stakeholders and by responding to many different demands at the same time? Then you could be our new Project Manager in Process Technology within Danfoss Industrial Automation. You will be part of a small team based in Nordborg, and you will report to the Process Technology Manager. Review of production equipment in High Volume Manufacturing As Project Manager, you will independently handle many different smaller and larger projects. In product development projects, you will be the supply chain core team member, and as such, you will be responsible for the milestone deliverables according to our milestone plan. Other tasks will be: •Specification of new production equipment •Test and implementation of production equipment •Handover to production •Variable cost calculations •Identification of production and process optimisation potentials Your success will depend on your ability and fortitude to challenge the current state by bringing all your skills from High Volume Manufacturing into play and always aiming for quality and the best solutions. When doing that, you will be given the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. As of today, the position entails approx. 15-20 travelling days per year, but that might increase depending on the person hired and the future sharing of tasks in the team. Self-driven project manager with strong technical production skills Your background is a Bachelor or Master of Science and at least a few years’ working experience, preferably from mechatronic high volume production. You have TS16949 knowledge and are familiar with Six Sigma tools. You are also experienced in equipment specification and implementation of new technology in supply chain. Experience as Project Manager is naturally an advantage, but not crucial. On a more personal level, you have a systematic mind-set enabling you to perform analytical evaluations and the drive and persistency to achieve your goals. At the same time, you are open-minded with solid cooperation skills and the ability to communicate with all levels in an international organisation. Fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite, and basic knowledge of Danish will be an advantage.
