Consult on Business Intelligence and eRecruitment solutions In our HR IT & Platforms department, you collaborate closely with an experienced Senior HR Manager and a team of specialists. Together we manage, own and support LEGO® HR processes and IT platforms, including our eRecruitment solution. Our standardised platform is operated by local super-users who are responsible for daily tasks and operations, whereas you aid in securing existing and new platform capabilities. Within this context, you: Provide business consultancy in the ongoing development and maintenance surrounding our HR Business Intelligence and eRecruitment solutions Manage changes, test scenarios and trouble shooting Support business leads on projects in the intersection between HR and IT Facilitate projects and courses for our global network of super users, and support new system implementation globally Develop and execute training to key users, which includes travelling to our global hubs and 3 new shared service centres Join our global Network In the LEGO family, we believe that only the best is good enough. HR profile with a strong interest in IT and Business Intelligence You step into a high-paced professional environment, where you get to use your ability to collaborate widely with business and process management professionals within various corporate functions. Working in the cross-section between HR and IT, you are able to translate business needs into IT solutions. And as it takes time to fully understand our processes, you need to have the drive and thirst for knowledge to familiarise yourself with our business. To succeed in this role: You have a degree in business, science, HR or IT You have 1-3 years of experience with ERP systems and/or HR - or perhaps you are a recent graduate with a strong interest in the field of HR, IT and analytics You have a solid interest and understanding of IT in terms of systems and applications relevant to HR processes You speak and write English effortlessly Finally, you are able to travel about 25 days a year to LEGO locations across the world Bringing it to life "This is a very exciting global position.
